The Animal Refuge Center Presents: Emily WestFriday, September 23, 2016 at 8:00 PMLocation: The Historic State Theater

With her engaging stage presence and alto vocals, singer/songwriter Emily West's dream is to tell stories through song. After moving to Nashville at 18, she enjoyed some success in the music industry. In looking for a do-over and a clean slate she packed a bag for New York City. In 2014, she made the decision to audition for the NBC talent show America’s Got Talent where she performed covers of hit songs ranging from Sia's "Chandelier" to the Moody Blues' "Nights in White Satin" before finishing as runner-up. The exposure led to a record deal with Sony Masterworks, which released her official full-length debut album, All for You, in August 2015.

All proceeds benefit the Animal Refuge Center's mission in finding forever homes for homeless pets.

General Admission: $20

VIP tickets: $50 which includes premier seating, autographed CD and pre-show meet and greet.
