your business. Make your check payable to The Historic State Theater and mail to 209 West Dixie Avenue, Elizabethtown, KY 42701. The following are levels of contribution:
ICON – $3,000 to $5,000
– Recognition on all affiliated printed material
– Acknowledgement as an ICON Sponsor in The Historic State Theater season brochures and website (if a corporation, your logo and a link to your website)
– Half page ad in the season playbill
– Listing in all playbills and programs for the season
SUPERSTAR – $1,000 to $2,999
– Name on all affiliated printed material
– Recognition as a State Superstar in The Historic State Theater brochures and website (if a corporation, your logo and a link to your website)

– One quarter page ad in the season playbill
STAR – $500 to $999
